What a mess we’re in. Whichever way you voted on Brexit, there’s no arguing that the Government’s handling of it has been a disaster. And whatever the final outcome, it’s clear that the Brexit reality is a long way from the sunlit uplands promised by the Leave campaign in the run up to the 2016 referendum.
