Meeting with Thames Water to discuss sewage smell in Lower Green
I recently met with Thames Water at Esher Sewage Works about the long-standing sewage smell in Lower Green Esher. Residents deserve better than having thus ignored for years.
In Parliament I have been working hard to speak up for our area since I was elected in July 2024. I speak regularly in Parliament on concerns affecting local people in Esher and Walton; issues including protecting local NHS services, supporting local businesses, fixing the SEND crisis in Surrey and taking on Thames Water.
I am also the International Aid Spokesperson for the Liberal Democrats. I have visited Gaza, have been to NATO and have spoken in Parliament about the impact of war and climate change within the Interational Aid context.
